XGR has posted a three-headed Battlefield 1942 preview, offering separate impressions written by Fett, by North, and by Gear, in a trio of articles based on getting to play with a beta build of Digital Illusions' upcoming World War II action game. Each article offers impressions of the pair of maps included in the beta, the weapons, vehicles, and a bit of gameplay, each article illustrated by a separate series of new screenshots.
