MacSoft Agrees to Publishing Rights for Neverwinter Nights for the Macintosh; Infogrames Label to Launch Title Worldwide Fall 2002 is the press release relating how plans for a Mac version of Neverwinter Nights will be handled saying the D&D RPG "is scheduled to ship in the summer of 2002, only two months after the PC version." This is actually bad news for Mac owners looking forward to this project, as the Neverwinter Nights FAQ offers the (failed) promise that "we are planning a simultaneous PC/Macintosh/Linux release for Neverwinter Nights, with all three versions to be included in a single box."
