As promised, Totally Games has released a playable demo of Star Trek: Bridge Commander, their imminent capital ship space combat sim, available from the official site and FilePlanet (registration required). The demo requires a hefty 109.8 MB download, and includes the introductory cinematics and the first three missions from the full game, as well as the Quick Battle mode.
