German developer Ascaron has released a playable demo of Ballerburg, available for download from Gamigo.de. Ballerburg is an oddball (sorry) 3D-ish action strategy game where you fight sieges in a fantasy Middle Ages setting, and the German demo allows you to try the single-player game as well as multiplayer over LAN, all for a 60.7 MB download (but beware that the download server is rather overloaded).
