Victoria 3: Charters of Commerce is out on Steam for Windows, macOS, and Linux, bringing a new expansion (called a Mechanics Pack) to Victoria 3, the Victorian era society simulator. Sure to please accountants and fans of Star Wars: Episode I, this is all about economics and trade agreements. Speaking of commerce, the add-on is also part of the Victoria 3 Expansion Pass 2, which includes three other pieces of additional content.
