Happy Father's Day, as today is the annual celebration of the paterfamilias, as Ulysses Everett McGill (and a lot of ancient Romans) would put it. I imagine some of you out there may have scored breakfast in bed for the occasion, so watch out for toast crumbs.

In a sad note, I have more sympathies to share for our comrade Console General. Following the recent death of his father, his uncle has gone missing. This is his late dad's brother-in-law, and he's been missing for days. I don't know how many of you are in New South Wales, but that report and a post on Facebook have details on the chance anyone can help. Here's hoping for a good outcome.
