DON’T NOD announces Aphelion, a cinematic sci-fi adventure coming in 2026 to PC, Game Pass, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. This takes a local approach to the Interstellar concept, centering on an astronaut stranded on a mission to explore a newly discovered planet in our own solar system that may serve as a replacement for Earth. Though finding a habitable planet outside the "goldilocks zone" is farfetched, this project boasts a partnership with the European Space Agency in order to ground "its depiction of space exploration in real scientific knowledge."
