The new Paths to Power DLC is out for Sins of a Solar Empire II, adding the first DLC to Stardock's real-time/4X space strategy sequel. This requires the base game, which gets an update to version 1.4 as part of the launch. Patch notes are in this post and here's the full Update Changelog.
