The GreenHouseEFX website now has a new version 2.5 of the Coliseum2 modification for Quake III Arena. Word on the new release is that it requires at least Quake III Arena version 1.29h, and as it is based on the new 1.29h source code, it is no longer compatible with Coliseum2 versions 2.3 or older.
