An
article in this weekend's The Sunday Times (thanks EuroGamer) has word that a Colorado court
has made a ruling about the lawsuit that sprang out of the Columbine school
shooting (story, story, and story),
ordering that the complaint against Eidos Interactive be "dismissed without
prejudice." Eidos was named in the suit because they published Final
Fantasy VII, one of the games found in the collection of one or both of the
killers, but the judge ruled against including Eidos in the suit because FFVII
did not contain any guns.
