CS-Nation has posted an update to their Next Version Preview page that includes all the latest information anyone is willing to part with about the upcoming version 1.3 of the Counter-Strike modification for Half-Life (thanks Stomped). Included with the update are several screenshots of Barney's de_inferno update.
