Toy Tactics is now available for Windows on Steam, offering a real-time strategy game from Kraken Empire and Joystick Ventures that will come to consoles later this year. This puts you in command of an army of minifigs and toys that will do battle in your hand-drawn formations, as shown off in the Official Steam Launch Trailer. There is also a playable demo. And if you're not taking this seriously due to the whole "toy" thing, be aware the description invokes The Art of War:

Commander! This battlefield might look playful, with minifigures of Roman Imperium legions and their mastery of fire, the cold hearts and their own icy forces of the medieval Pendragon squads, the stealthy movements and precise strikes of the Kyoukai Samurai, the quest for treasure… and victory of the Freebooters Pirate army, and the necromancy-fueled forces of the Draugr horde Undead warriors.
