As noted by this update at the official Uncrossable Parallel site, they have merged with fellow Half-Life mod team Tactical Front. The new mod will be released under the Uncrossable Parallel name. Also, the Ice Terminal has posted a Q&A with Casey, the lead designer of the Threewave CTF mod.
