'Payne' game screen-bound on the Hollywood Reporter (thanks Shacknews) is an article and Dimension Films, Collision Entertainment and Abandon Entertainment Acquire Rights to the Ground-Breaking Video Game "Max Payne" is the press release that follow up on the note in the Max Payne documentation that said: "Don't worry, you'll be seeing more of Max in the future. Dimension Films and Collision Entertainment are teaming up to make a feature film based on Max Payne..." (story). No further info on scheduling is available at this time, as the press release has more on future Max Payne game releases but no timetable for the movie. As is noted in the Hollywood reporter article, Collision, Abandon and Dimension are the same folks that plan to bring American McGee's Alice to the big screen (story).
