Early Access to Dawn of Defiance is now underway for Windows on the
Epic Games
Store and
Steam,
with the Steam edition carrying a 25% launch discount. The
Official Launch Trailer
shows off open-world, survival-crafting gameplay and introduces the game's
setting, steeped in the mythology of ancient Greece. The game's titular defiance
has developer Traega Entertainment putting out the call for iconoclasts:
You are the Defier, caught in a saga across mythic isles. Begin as a weak soldier and ascend to a god-like anti-hero. Survive the Crossroads, build impressive Greek structures, and vanquish the followers of the Gods. Gather resources, construct a base, craft and upgrade your gear, and face the trials of the Gods.
