The Anarchy Online website has the "long awaited" version 12.3 Anarchy Online client patch (thanks Stomped). This page has a list of what has changed since version 12.2.08 which includes general tweaks and fixes for things like resource and memory leaks, changes to the GUI and controls, AI alterations, and gameplay tweaks, bug-fixes, and changes.
