The PrBoom Project Homepage has a new version 2.2.1 of the merged source for Linux and Windows for this port of the Doom source code that features hi-rez software and OpenGL rendering, and "aims to be the most stable Doom port with the highest compatibility to the major Doom versions." In the new version, Linux RPM "is now a bit more standardised," and a bunch of bugs have been eliminated.
