The Hive has posted information from Ubi-Soft indicating that they will not be publishing Mortyr themselves. The report quotes Tammy Schachter from Ubi-Soft PR saying this about the World War II shooter that Ubi-soft acquired in a recent deal for all of Interactive Magic's CD-ROM content: "...I can tell you that it has been decided that Ubi Soft will not be publishing Mortyr. It is most likely that the title will be sold to another publisher."
