website is up and running, with word that they will have the client
software from this MMORPG for download "from next week" (written
yesterday, so this may mean this week)...
- The newly-opened StygianAbyss.com
has the latest on plans for a playable Arx Fatalis demo straight from lead
designer Raphael Colantonio, who tells them the demo should be out around
September, and should offer "about 1 hour of gameplay from the start of
the game"...
- UltimateGamingLadder.com has
finalized the pricing structure for their pay-for-play servers (though the
sweet spot for such services in the past has always turned out to be
$0.00)...
- Space Age Gear
on Space.Com (thanks Butch Nowlin) describes work by Mad Catz to create
a "Bioforce Controller" that delivers mild shocks to users insane
enough to use such a thing (this is like those online brokerage ads where
you see the commercial for the product and immediately sell your stock
in the company)...
