John Carmack's .plan has the latest list of todo items he's completed on Quake III Arena. Included in the checklist is mention of a further re-working of rocket speed and damage, and a 250 msec minimum time between landing and jumping again, accompanied by John saying "I hate having players bouncing around all the time..."
