the top new releases on Steam for the month.

With The Game Awards right around the corner, we are thrilled to see a big group of October's Top Releases earning much deserved nominations across a variety of categories. Genre-defining Vampire Survivors is up for Best Debut Indie, while Paradox's Victoria 3 vies for Best Sim/Strategy and frighteningly-surreal Scorn goes for Best Visual Design. Plague Tale: Requiem takes the cake with a whopping five nominations, including Best Performance, Best Narrative, and a chance to bring home the coveted Game of the Year award.
