The TRAM Design page has a recently released version 0.2 update for their CRASH Squad modification for Kingpin. The mod will eventually offer new weapons, but for now offers a pair of scenarios that pit the CRASH Squad (L.A.'s anti-gang suppression unit) and the Crenshaw Mafia ("a notorious LA street gang").
