Sadly, fans hoping for a Tolkien Online game in the near future may have to wait a little longer, as despite the report a few weeks back that developer MM3D had dropped their lawsuit against Sierra On-Line over their massively multiplayer J.R.R. Tolkien game (story), it looks like things have fallen apart again. Well-Rounded Entertainment is reporting that MM3D has updated their site with a brief notice saying that, "MM3D has re filed. Despite our (MM3D's) best efforts, we were unable to resolve this matter." Note that this is unrelated to Sierra's Fellowship of the Ring, a single-player game in development at The Whole Experience for the Xbox that was shown behind closed doors at E3.
