In an unexpected turn of events, Ubi Soft has announced that they have decided not to publish Battle Isle: DarkSpace, a planned space-sim set in the Battle Isle universe. The game hasn't been canceled, but it will no longer be a Battle Isle game - developer Palestar intends to shop it around under a different name.
