Publisher Curve Games and developer Triangle Studios announce multiplayer
shooter
From Space is coming to Windows, Switch, and Stadia on September
29th. This is described as "family friendly," which is not the most typical
label for such games. A
release date trailer shows off gameplay to help families decide for
themselves if this is going to supplant chutes and ladders. Here's more on this
game set in space, where no one can ask where you're from:
From Space is a
solo and co-op family friendly action-shooter where players take on the
challenge of liberating the earth from an alien infestation using over-the-top
weaponry in a post-apocalyptic world. This fun multiplayer shooter is an
accessible and playful co-op experience - perfect for players of all ages to get
involved - with a great refined art style and high replay value. With squads of
up to four players, the apocalypse has never been so much fun!
Remco de Rooij, Founder and CEO at Triangle Studios said: “Here at the studios,
we strive to create games that are fun for everyone, regardless of age or skill
level and believe that quirky, fun, and light-hearted scenarios create
experiences that last. We’re so excited for players to get stuck into From Space
with their friends and
family.”
