Fan page PlanetAnachronox was sent a full build of Anachronox, and they have posted a first impressions preview. The preview contains their overall impressions of the game so far, as well as some high-resolution screenshots (1280x960 with anti-aliasing enabled) and a section that features questions from their forums answered by the Planet Anachronox staff and Brian "Squirrel" Eiserloh from ION Storm's Anachronox team. On a related note, Spiele City has posted a new screenshot in their Anachronox shot gallery (it's the last one).
