It was actually revealed last month (story), but today Interplay has formally announced Star Trek: Starfleet Command - Orion Pirates, a stand-alone mission pack for Starfleet Command Volume II (thanks Voodoo Extreme). Although it's called a "mission pack" the game doesn't require either Starfleet Command to play, and it contains a completely new campaign that allows you to play as the Orion Pirates.
