As noted in this story at MSNBC, less than a week after developer MM3D sued Sierra On-Line over breach of contract on their work on an unannounced massively multiplayer title set in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings universe (story), they have dropped the suit completely (thanks David Webber). No reason is given, nor is any indication here as to the status of the game's development.
