Cities: Skylines, the urban
planning game. This is available for Windows, Linux, macOS, Xbox One, and
PlayStation 4. You can't find it at the SkyMall, but the PC edition is available
on Steam. There's no launch discount, but the gigantic
Cities: Skylines Collection can be had for 50% off.
This post notes the game's system requirements have been updated to reflect
changes over the seven years since the original game's launch. Word is:
"Overall, you will not experience any noticeable performance change if you are
already playing Cities: Skylines - this is information that is relevant to new
