Rockstar Support tweets that the Rockstar Games Launcher is back online,
allowing players to once again launch games that require it. These games do not,
however, include the new
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive
Edition, as work continues on the problems that
messed everything up in the first
place. Word is "unintentionally" released files are being removed. Believe it
or not, there
are indications that these may actually include the
hot coffee sex scenes from 2005 that originally resulted in
lawsuits and
payouts. Here's word:
The
Rockstar Games Launcher is now online, but GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive
Edition is unavailable to play or purchase as we remove files unintentionally
included in these versions. We're sorry for the disruption and hope to have
correct ones up soon.
