DFEH Objects to Proposed EEOC/Activision Blizzard Settlement

Game journalist Stephen Totilo tweets about a new legal filing by California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing objecting to the proposed settlement to a lawsuit filed by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Activision Blizzard. In a subsequent tweet Totilo notes that the criticisms are that the EEOC settlement is too small, but that it "appears to be capped by legal limits." The original tweet includes the legal documents and this overview:
California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing, which previously objected to Riot's "rushed" settlement with female workers plans to object to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's settlement proposal with Activision.

Says it could harm DFEH's case.
