Russian site GamePort.ru has posted a new Q&A with David Deen of PopTop Software, talking about their upcoming dicator-sim Tropico. The Q&A is available in both English and the site's native Russian, and includes some new screenshots. Also, GameSpy.com and 3D Gaming Daily have posted their Tropico previews, which are based on their impressions of a full build of the game.
