Valve sends word that a old version of the Half-Life 1.1.0.6 upgrade patch has been leaked to some sites, but this is not the final release and it will not be multiplayer compatible. The official release of the version 1.1.0.6 patches and the Counter-Strike retail version 1.0.0.1 patch remains scheduled for 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) tomorrow. Also, the Half-Life dedicated server release, originally to commence at 7:00 PM today, is now expected later tonight.
