The Sinking City Delisted Again

The Steam Listing for The Sinking City is no longer working (thanks Kxmode), and according to Vice this is because developer Frogwares triggered a DMCA takedown of their own game. This Lovecraftian mystery/horror game has been at the center of controversy since shortly after it first launched last June. It was delisted in September due to a legal battle between publisher Nacon and Frogwares. It returned to Steam in January, then got a new listing, but Frogwares asked gamers not to buy it. They later alleged that Nacon "pirated" the game to sell it on Steam, and Nacon posted their own rebuttal.
