EA Completes Codemasters Acquisition

Electronic Arts announces the completion of their acquisition of Codemasters, saying they paid approximately $1.2 billion for the purchase. They say this establishes "a new global powerhouse for racing videogames and entertainment." Here's more on their wedding vows:
