The official Counter-Strike site has a version 1.0b server-side patch for download in the usual Win32 and Linux flavors. The patch addresses a client lag problem at the beginning of a round, fixes the "listmaps" command, and includes other fixes. It requires the just-released updated Half-Life server (story).
