Out of the Blue - Blue's News Story

Well, yesterday's plans for a hike ended up falling apart. Just as we were to walk out the door we got a call from our hiking companions with the bad news that they'd suffered a flat tire, and would not be able to make it. This may have worked out for the best, however, as the day was considerably more overcast than was called for in the weather forecast. So we waited it out to see which way it went, which turned out to be drizzly and not really well-suited to outdoor activities. It looks much nicer today, so we may yet end up trying to get out for a stroll.
