Eurogamer follows up yesterday's report of Bethesda preventing the sale of a copy of The Evil Within 2 on the Amazon Marketplace. We mentioned this was a "used" game sale, but the shrink-wrapped copy of the game was actually listed as "new." That distinction is key, as Pete Hines tells them Bethesda does not have an issue with used game sales. The problem was advertising this copy as new, since that carries with it guarantees and assumptions. Here's word:
