Steam Link Android App Beta

Valve announces the release of the Steam Link beta for Android devices on Google Play. This offers a way to play your Steam games on your phone when you are connected to your home wifi network. They say iOS users are waiting for Apple's approval of an iPhone version. Here's word:

The Steam Link app for Android devices is now available, free of charge and in beta for users everywhere (download it here: https://store.steampowered.com/steamlink/about).

The Steam Link app allows gamers to experience their Steam library of games on their Android (phone, tablet, and TV) devices while connected to the same 5Ghz network or wired Ethernet as their Steam gaming computer (PC, Linux, Mac). Initially offered in beta, the Steam Link app for Android supports Android 5.0 and features support for the Steam Controller and other Bluetooth input devices.

Release date for the iOS version is pending further review with Apple.
