New Elite Force Radiant

Raven Software programmer James Monroe has released a newer version of the Radiant level editor for Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force, and it is available for download at VoyagerEliteForce.com. This new version fixes a bug where the program wouldn't load JPEG files if no TGA was present.
