The rumor that Hitman: Codename 47, the third-person action game by IO Interactive and Eidos, would be cancelled (story) has been quickly debunked, as Eidos' Bryan Davies sends word that the game "is strong and getting ready for a holiday release," and that the EB mailing which provided the source of the upheaval is likely "just a mistake."
