EVE: Valkyrie for Vive Released

Steam News announces the release of EVE: Valkyrie on Steam, coinciding with a double XP weekend that gets underway tomorrow. This space shooter based on the EVE Online universe was an Oculus Rift launch title and is available for PlayStation VR, and now the Steam release adds support for the HTC Vive. The news includes word to expect a new free content update for the game next month, and that buying this on Steam includes a free copy of Gunjack. Here's word:

CCP has already delivered two free updates for EVE: Valkyrie, most recently with the Joint Strike release, which added features like a new co-op game mode, a new single-player story mission, quick chat options, and more. The next free update is coming in early December, and CCP will continue to deliver new maps, modes, ships, and other free content updates to the game over time, working closely with the game's Founders.

For a limited time, CCP is offering a special promotion on Steam that awards all EVE: Valkyrie Founder's Pack purchasers with a free copy of the company's best-selling VR arcade shooter, Gunjack.
