Conarium Announced

Iceberg Interactive offers a teaser trailer for Conarium, an upcoming Lovecraftian game in the works at Zoetrope Interactive for release early next year. They have just launched a Steam page with more information, and there's more on the Conarium website. The trailer is accompanied by some details:

Conarium, which refers to a sinister device hooked up to the brain, is inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s novella “At the Mountains of Madness”, but largely plays after the events in the original story, set in an Antarctic base. Expect puzzling, mystical, ominous, even menacing events in weird surroundings, in a place beyond normal human perception, all beautifully realized using the Unreal 4 engine.

The stirring teaser trailer, featuring in-game footage is now streaming on Iceberg’s Youtube channel. A press kit with all assets, including the trailer and six brand-new screenshots can be downloaded as well.

Iceberg Interactive CEO Erik Schreuder says: “Developed by our friends at Zoetrope Interactive, lauded by fans for the acclaimed Darkness Within horror adventure series, Conarium will definitely satisfy fans of the horror genre - and beyond.
