Early access to Space Ribbon is now available on Steam. This is a psychedelic racing game for Windows, OS X, and Linux is set in space, but still uses tracks. This is pretty typical stuff, unless you count local split-screen multiplayer or that tracks are vomited up on the fly by gigantic space creatures. This video offers a look and here's a bit more:

The year is 2132. In the far reaches of the galaxy, gigantic space creatures have been discovered. Creatures that vomit solid matter out of their mouths.
