Josh Mosqueira has left Blizzard Entertainment, where he most recently served as game director for Diablo III, receiving a lot of credit from fans for spearheading the effort to rescue the action/RPG sequel from some of its initial design decisions. This news actually came alongside of the recent revelation that a new Diablo game is likely in the works, where Mosqueira confirmed the news for Polygon (thanks Cram). He also offers a brief farewell on Twitter, "Thanks to an amazing team and community! Forever #diablo."
