Football Manager 2016 avoids
DOOM, landing
in the number one spot and dropping DOOM to number three. On the
all platforms chart, DOOM retains the top spot FIFA 16 stays number two, and
each chart includes the reentry of Rocket League. Here's their

action:
‘Doom’ (-43%) keeps its hold on top spot and secures a second
No1 crown in this weeks’ All Formats chart.
The main challenger comes in the form of ‘Fifa 16’ (-4%), which continues it’s
week on week climb up to No2. ‘Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End’ (-22%) remains at No3
for a second week while ‘Overwatch’ (-29%) drops two places down to No4. Several
new releases arrive this week but only ‘Rocket League’ shoots straight into the
Top 10 at No6. 505 Games take on publishing duties for the physical launch of
the hugely popular Sports-Action title. This collector’s edition bundles in all
the DLC for the title alongside exclusive new vehicles. Elsewhere in the Top 10
a resurgent ‘Ratchet & Clank’ (+18%) climbs three places to No9.
Outside the Top 10 ‘Minecraft: Xbox Edition’ (+17%) benefits from the release of
a new favourites edition (inc. 5 DLC packs) helping to push it up three places
to No14. Wii U exclusive RPG title ‘Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE’ makes its mark at
No18. NIS America’s ‘Odin Sphere Leifthrasir’ also lands for Sony formats (PS3,
PS4 & Vita) at No23. The release is in fact an HD remaster of the original ‘Odin
Sphere’, which was released on PS2 in early 2008. ‘Mario and Sonic: Rio 2016
Olympic Games’ (+890%) is propelled back into the Top 40 thanks to the arrival
of the Wii U version, pushing the title up to No30 . A host of Nintendo’s most
popular titles receive the Selects treatment this week, with ‘The Legend of
Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D’ (+999%) at No34 the chief beneficiary. This week’s
final new entry is PS4’s ‘Dino Dini's Kick Off Revival’ landing at No37. As the
name suggests the title resurrects the classic football franchise that began way
back in 1989 with the original Kick Off.
