Ubisoft announces Steep, an open-world action game set in the Alps and Alaska which will center around winter and extreme sports, saying this will come to Windows and consoles by the end of this year. They also are planning several beta phases between now and the release, and those interested in participating should register on the game's official website. With development led by Ubisoft Annecy,* Steep drops players onto the peaks of mountains, with exhilarating experiences that include skiing, wingsuiting, snowboarding, and paragliding.
