Someone gave me grief in the forums after noticing my repeatedly running 3D Mark on Steam. In playing around with the idea of building a new PC I've been exploring the setup of my current machine, and have managed to retune all the cooling fans for extremely quiet operation, which was one of my goals if I built a new box. I've been able to keep things cool and stable and it's running so well I think my new plan is to just upgrade the video card first and then determine if there is any real reason to change anything else based on how that turns out.
