I'm on the mend today, as I suffered a little back strain over the weekend. These used to be pretty frequent, but at some point in the late 90s I invested in an Aeron chair, and haven't really had any problems since. This backache is much milder than the ones I used to suffer, and it's been so long since I've had one that I'm hoping this as an isolated incident, rather than a warning that my problem is returning, but I will be try to pay a little better attention to my posture in case I've been slipping, as I have a tendency to slouch.
