Kotaku has a details on the outcome of the lawsuit filed by Trendy Entertainment against Studio Wildcard over the involvement of Trendy's former creative director Jeremy Stieglitz in development of Ark: Survival Evolved. They note leaked private message this week indicated Trendy was seeking $600 million, but that there are indications this was settled for about $40 million. The only official word on this appears to be a joint statement from lawyers for both sides, saying: "A mediation conference was conducted on the 13th day of April 2016. The conference resulted in a final written settlement agreement."
